Attention seniors: Senior Prom tickets must be purchased TODAY. No tickets will be sold after Friday, May 18th.

Attention all: the Project Graduation Committee still has available the blue string backpacks with the large “E” for East on them for $8 each. They are the perfect size to carry gym clothes, items for a day trip, or school books. If you are interested in obtaining one please contact Nella Fulco at 860-729-4538 or nellafulco@cox.net.

Attention all students:

Detention: All hours of detention must be served before the close of the school year. For seniors, that means prior to any Senior Activities. If a senior has outstanding hours, they will begin to lose participating in those activities.

For all other students, the hours must be served prior to exams. Be sure you check the detention schedule with Mrs. Sprankle and plan accordingly. It is the student’s responsibility to serve these hours.

Drivers Education: All-Star Driver will be holding driver's education classes at East Catholic High School on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. in Room 120. Eagles Nest Spirit Shop: located in the front lobby is now open on the first and third Thursday and Friday of each month from 7:30-8:30 a.m. and from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. A new shipment of pink sweatshirts, navy sweatshirts, short and long-sleeve t-shirts, sweatpants and plaid flannel pants has arrived! Store Hours: First and third Thursday and Friday of each month from 7:30-8:30 a.m. and from 1:30 to 2:20 p.m. Prices for other items including lanyards, ECHS auto decals and hats range from $1 - $25. A limited number of school supplies are also being sold at a low price. We accept cash or check.

GHCEA Scholarship: reminder that applications are due on Wednesday, May 23rd by 2pm to Mr. Roberts in room 122.

Kairos: all KAIROS Alumni are welcome to join us for our "Live the 4th" gathering being held on WEDNESDAY, MAY 23rd from 5:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m. in Campus Ministry.

Lost and Found: the “Lost and Found” is located in Campus Ministry. Please take any items found to Campus Ministry and be sure to check there if you have lost anything.

Mass: Final All School Mass: Tuesday, June 5^th, 10:00 a.m. - Closing All School Mass (Fr. Soph. Jr.).

Rosary: all are welcome to join us in reciting the Rosary every Friday morning at 7:20 a.m. in our Notre Dame chapel.

Music Department: all music department members participating in the festival this weekend are reminded that the call time is 7:15 am tomorrow.

Concert Band: will rehearse Monday at 7am for graduation. All music department members must turn in folders and music. The last concert lunch of the year will be next Wednesday, May 23rd. You are invited to this final opportunity to share your talent and hear your classmates share theirs. Signups are posted outside the music room.

Talent Show:  Please join us TONIGHT at 7 PM in the auditorium as VIBE presents the 6th Annual Talent Show.  Admission is $3.00 for students and $5.00 for adults.  Do not miss this opportunity to see East's amazing talent!

NHS Seniors: newly inducted NHS seniors must continue to tutor in the Julie Center thru Thursday, May 24th. All other senior NHS tutors are done after today.

Attention all students:

Matt Uricchio shot a 36 yesterday at Topstone Golf Course, but it just wasn't enough as the boys' golf team lost to South Windsor by three strokes in a tight match.

Boys' Soccer:  Those boys' soccer players that have signed up to play in a summer league, should stop by Mr. Malin's office to pick up the necessary forms.

Boys' Track Team:  Track T-shirts and sweatshirts are available for pickup in Coach Malin's office.  See Matt Alexander if you have any questions.
