Tuition Payments

Families who had an automatic deduction account or invoice last year and plan to continue in that manner, using the same type of account and bank account (where applicable), do not need to re-enroll.

This is an important reminder and review of the East Catholic procedures for tuition payment and billing information. 

As has already been communicated to you by letter and on our website, the 2010-2011 academic year marks the third year in which all families must be enrolled in the FACTS tuition billing program.  The only exception to this rule is for those families who chose to pay their tuition in full to East Catholic by July 15, 2010 and deduct a percentage (to be determined) of current balance due as an early payment credit. The enrollment deadline for “10 Month Payment Plans” with FACTS is May 24th for the billing period running from July 2010 through April 2011. 

All families who have not enrolled in a FACTS payment plan on-line must do so immediately.  Unfortunately, East Catholic cannot arrange for custom payment plans and so monthly payments will be increased for late enrollment to accommodate the July to April billing cycle.  There will be no extensions past April 2011 for the periodic payment plans with FACTS.     

SUMMARY OF PAYMENT OPTIONS:

• Pay in full to ECHS by check or money order prior to July 15, 2010, and deduct a percentage (to be determined) of current balance due as an early payment credit.
• Pay through FACTS by automatic deductions from checking or savings account. For automatic deductions there is a one-time fee charged and deducted directly by FACTS. Fees are shown below.

               1)   10 monthly payments, from July through April - $41 fee
               2)   4 quarterly payments in July, October, January, April - $41 fee
               3)   2 semi-annual payments in July and January - $15 fee

• Pay through FACTS by invoicing. For invoicing there is a one-time fee, charged by and payable to FACTS, fees are shown below:

              1)   10 monthly payments, from July through April - $45 fee
              2)   4 quarterly payments in July, October, January and April - $45 fee
              3)   2 semi-annual payments in July and January - $20 fee
